DESCRIPTION:Incoterms 2020 is applicable from 1 January 2020\, it can be used instead of the previous Incoterms 2010\, if seller and buyer so agree. Many times\, we can experience that seller and buyer forget about signing the chosen Incoterms “year” near the Incoterms clauses. In this case – by default – the actual Incoterms version will be understood\, that is why it is especially important to learn the changes\, to which the program will spend enough time. \nDuring the editing of Incoterms 2020 the changes in trade practices has been considered\, as well as the need for modifications related to the 2010 version.
