KPMG is arranging a unique business breakfast event on „The challenges of solar energy M&A and financing” to be held on 6 February, 2024 in their Budapest office.

 

Besides enticing food, their experts and special guests will present, among others, the key market developments that may affect the value of solar power plants, the challenges of solar energy transactions and financing solar power plants, and the questions around the Hungarian Government’s pre-emption right regarding the purchase of solar power plants in Hungary by foreign investors.
